The Service Innovation & Design (SID) module is intended for:
1) Guiding students to develop new services from initial user research, ideation, prototyping, presenting new service concept, and value analyses.
2) Learning how to apply the knowledge and skills of design in the context of new service development.
3) Implementing service innovation in organizations and creating entrepreneurship opportunities.
To obtain a certificate in Service Innovation & Design, students must take at least three courses from the above list.
