  • (2015 - Present) Graduate Research Assistant, National Tsing Hua University
    • Conducting literature review (particularly but not limited to: flow theory, service system, service dominant logic, social capital theory) and undertaking preliminary study in areas of wearable device for healthcare application.
    • Performing field data collection and analysis using various methodologies, such as content analysis, grounded theory, in-depth interview, and observations.
  • (2013 - Present) Tutor, Indonesian Open University - Taiwan branch
    • Lecturing both online and offline learning in Financial Management and Management Information System courses.
