服務創新與設計 Service Innovation & Design


模組目的 Module Aim

The Service Innovation & Design (SID) module is intended for:

  1. Guiding students to develop new services from initial user research, ideation, prototyping, presenting a new service concept, and value analyses.
  2. Learning how to apply the knowledge and skills of design in the context of new service development.
  3. Implementing service innovation in organizations and creating entrepreneurship opportunities.

  • 服務設計 Service Design

主要探討服務導向之企業流程塑模與分析、服務最佳化與標準化、服務價值鏈分析等。

process modeling, service optimization and standardization, and service value chain.

  • 服務創新 Service Innovation

主要探討服務創新之流程與策略,以及創新型服務所促成之組織及市場創新。

The processes and the strategies of service innovation, the innovative services contributions to organizations and market innovations.
