模組目的 Module Aim
The Service Innovation & Design (SID) module is intended for:
Guiding students to develop new services from initial user research, ideation, prototyping, presenting a new service concept, and value analyses.
Learning how to apply the knowledge and skills of design in the context of new service development.
Implementing service innovation in organizations and creating entrepreneurship opportunities.

主要探討服務導向之企業流程塑模與分析、服務最佳化與標準化、服務價值鏈分析等。
